0.1.9 is a preview release of the first public release (0.2.0). Basically everything planned for 0.2.0 is in, now a testing phase (with light bugfixing :-)) will follow, then 0.2.0 will be released - hopefully in 1-2 days. If you are really hardcore, you can try 0.1.9 - however, be warned: there are no tutorials yet; those are coming with 0.2.0. Stay tuned!
